At Slobber & Chops, we aim to keep things as simple as possible. As we ship from the supplier to you directly each range of products has its own shipping times and refunds policies.

Our Refunds and returns policy is detailed below and it's based on what you buy.

All Dog Food Returns & Refunds

Food as a perishable good is exempt from the standard distance selling policy.

Every care is taken to ensure your package is transported carefully. On the rare occasion that an issue with the packaging happens please follow the following process.

  • Photograph the damaged packaging

  • Email a copy of the photo including your order number and phone number to: hello@slobberandchops.com

Once your email is received and photo inspected, a member of the Slobber & Chops team will contact you directly via telephone to discuss the timescales in which a new order can be shipped to you. We aim to respond within one working day.

Dogs & Horses Returns & Refunds

Dogs & Horses Returns & Exchanges:

If the delivered goods are deemed unsuitable, please notify us within 28 days of delivery. We will replace them or provide a full refund if returned unused and with labelling/tags intact. The customer shall accept liability for the cost of returning the product.

Refunds are processed against the original payment method and will appear in your account within 5 - 10 business days.

If goods are damaged or faulty, please notify us within 28 days of delivery. We will repair or replace them without charge, or provide a full refund, and we shall accept liability for the cost of return where such costs do not exceed reasonable expectations.

Danish Design & Refunds

Danish Designs Returns & Exchanges:

We are confident that you will be happy with your purchase however, if you are not fully satisfied, please let us know within 14 days of receipt of your purchase so we can work to resolve the problem or provide a full refund (excluding delivery charges). Please note:

  • All items must be returned unused and undamaged with all tags in place.
  • You will be responsible for the cost of the postage/courier for returned goods unless the original item was shipped in error.
