What is the problem with Palm oil? 

Palm oil is an edible vegetable oil that comes from the fruit of oil palm trees.  Historically palm oil has been used in a lot of human and animal foods. 

However this comes at a cost. 

In the UK approximately one-quarter of palm oil products are not sustainable. This means it continues to be a cause of deforestation which destroys the habitats of endangered species such as Orangutans and Pygmy elephants.

We are proud that none of our dry dog food recipes contain palm oil.
